Skylark Negril Beach Resort is excited to open its new pop-up restaurant from Chef Andre Fowles. Chef Fowles, winner of the Jamaica Observer Food Awards coveted "Chef of the Year" 2016 and a two time Food Network “Chopped” champion, has for the past three years led the culinary team at Miss Lily’s Caribbean restaurant in NYC. Andre is now in residence at Skylark which is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We invite you to enjoy our beachside bar and outdoor jerk smoke house and grill. After sunset, enjoy a bit of “skylarking” with bites and tropical libations featuring nightly DJs spinning the latest in reggae and dancehall.

Skylark presents a lively, progressive, and perfectly curated tropical grill-based food & beverage program. The centerpiece is our on-display jerk smoke house and BBQ grilling station. Enjoy smoked and seasoned chicken, pork, and fish straight off the grill, served with all of the classic fixings of “yard” cuisine. The menu also features other traditional Jamaican home cooking fare such as curried goat, oxtail and whole fish.
